As we looked at the idea that this group, people, gang, etc. was meant to be tight, a Band of Brothers and Sisters.  And in the past two weeks, I have been so encouraged to hear of people embracing each other in community and LIVING OUT this truth.  I have seen... - people opening up their home to a stranger who needs a place to stay - hurting people calling a friend when they are in trouble, and just asking for help, sharing burdens - people considering how God would want them to be more available to the body as opposed to being more isolated. - people calling others who seem hurt, lost, or out of sorts.
